Shores & Moor began as a mobile dock service and repair unit run solely by William when Covid brought an influx of visitors to their lake homes during quarantine.  After completing the first wood and steel dock in June of 2020,  he gained momentum on the lake and became established as Shores & Moor in August of 2020.  One year later as Blairsville Docks Unlimited was moving into retirement, Shores & Moor gained the ML Docks dealership and took over dock installations on Lake Nottely

To date Shores & Moor has put out over 40 structures on Lakes Nottely, Blue Ridge, & Chatuge, and assisted in over a dozen installs on Fontana Lake.

Both William & Sarah are at their own office on Murphy Highway and working to build a place where you can find dock supplies, build the dock of your dreams, or gain knowledge on how to work on your own dock.

They have two girls that are growing up with a love for Lake Nottely, and can often be seen out in the community helping with the lake clean ups and Chamber of Commerce events.
