Float Repacement

Floats should be around 35% submerged for proper buoyancy and ideal wave absorption.

Consider a free consultation if any of your floats are more than 50% submerged- when water begins saturating the foam, there is no removing the water weight- leading to frame stress and increased probability of damage.

Deck reconditioning

With a plethora of decking materials available, we have many questions regarding what to deck your dock with. We are very selective of the decking products we offer, and haven't fount many that meet our desired criteria.  The following are some of the products we prefer:

  • ML Docks custom aluminum decking

  • WearDeck fiberglass reinforced composite lumber

  • Envision decking, non-capped, compression molded composite lumber

Land anchoring systems

Land anchoring comes in several forms:

  • permanent poles driven into the lake bed - piles

  • temporary poles sitting on the lake bed - spud poles

  • submerged concrete blocks with cable and winch - underwater anchor

  • bank post with cable and winch - bank anchor

  • Rigid arms to land - stiff or strong arms

    • Whichever type or types of anchoring you may have, this is a paramount in maintaining your docks positioning - if you have any questions or concerns, its best to reach out as soon as possible for a free site inspection.
