Our moving services start at $750, depending on your location, and we also offer a free site inspection prior to installation.
Covered Double-Slip Wood & Steel with Sun Deck
This traditional wood & steel option is in a double slip layout and also has a sun area for lounge chairs and lake viewing. This dock measures at 44'x30' with a 35'x30' roof over 2 10'x26' slips. The double slip option is customized with 6' fingers to give you plenty of room between boats when disembarking, with a sun area that measures out at 12'x30. This walkway is 25' and set up with wheels on the shore end. The decking is in fair condition, the roof has faded with age but no leaks, and the floats are appropriate and have plenty of life. This steel frame is much more heavy-duty than some of your similar aluminum options, and is easy to paint to suit your own style.
