Aaron
Foreman
Aaron has been with our crew for over two years, and leads with both skill and precision. He helps oversee projects, coordinates the team, and ensures every dock is built to our standards of strength and durability.

Angel
Accessories Specialist
Angel has also been a part of our crew for two years and is know for his versatility on the job. While skilled in all areas of dock building and service, he specializes in dock monitoring- keeping a close watch on our customer's waterfronts so they stay safe, secure, and ready to enjoy.
Paul
Dock Builder, Project support
Paul is a new addition to our crew, but brings with him over 10 years of construction experience. His strong background and hands-on skill make him quick to tackle any of our dock building projects with confidence and efficiency.
Frank
Dock Builder
Frank has been with our company since the very beginning and remains a trusted extra set of hands on our dock builds. While his primary work as a glass artist keeps him busy, he always makes time to step in when needed, bringing both craftsmanship and reliability to the crew.​
Meet Our Founders
William Mainer
Founder /COO
William came up through the hands‑on side of the business, training a crew and bringing more than a decade of welding, construction, and marine‑application experience. His discipline and strong sense of integrity were shaped during his service in the United States Marine Corps. He recently completed the course to earn his erosion control certification, and he still spends most days out in the field working on new projects or on the lake with his family.
Sarah Mainer
CFO/Office Administrator
Sarah came to Shores & Moor after two decades in healthcare, bringing the same level of care and precision to the business as it grew. She oversaw the shift from the in‑home office to the new shop in town and recently completed her Bachelor’s in Business & Healthcare Management. Outside of work, she’s happiest outdoors with her family and their dogs.
